StageAtlas Pro is a lyrics and chords application designed for live performers, musicians and bands. The app provides tools for:

• Backup and restore functionality
• Stage-optimized performance workflows

Acceptance of Terms

By using StageAtlas Pro, you confirm that:

• You are legally allowed to use the application in your region
• You agree to comply with these Terms & Conditions
• You agree to use the app responsibly and lawfully

If you do not agree with these terms, please do not use the app.

License to Use

StageAtlas Pro grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable and revocable license to use the app for personal and professional music performance purposes.

You may not:

• Copy or redistribute the application
• Reverse engineer or attempt to extract source code
• Resell or commercially redistribute the app
• Use the app for illegal activities
• Bypass app limitations or payment systems

All rights not expressly granted remain reserved.

Song Content, Intellectual Property & User Responsibility

• User Responsibility: Users are solely and strictly responsible for any lyrics, chords, song files, or metadata they import, create, edit, or store inside StageAtlas Pro.
• No Hosted Database: StageAtlas Pro does not own, host, re-publish, or distribute a centralized database of song lyrics or chord sheets. All imported materials are processed and stored locally on the user's individual device.
• Licensing & Permissions: Users affirm that they possess the necessary rights, public performance licenses (e.g., through PROs such as ASCAP, BMI, SESAC, PRS, or CCLI for churches), or fair-use exemptions for any copyrighted works they import or perform.
• Personal & Educational Use: Imported content from third-party websites is intended exclusively for personal study, private rehearsal, and authorized live performance workflows.

URL Import Feature & Third-Party Trademark Disclaimer

The URL Import tool acts purely as a client-side parsing utility that allows users to fetch publicly accessible chord sheets from the web for offline stage readability.

• Client-Side Tool: StageAtlas Pro functions like a specialized browser; it extracts and formats text directly on your device based on URLs provided by the user.
• No Warranty of Accuracy: We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or musical correctness of content hosted on third-party websites.
• Trademark Notice & Non-Affiliation: StageAtlas Pro is an independent application and is not affiliated, associated, authorized, endorsed by, or in any way officially connected with Ultimate Guitar, e-chords, AZLyrics, Songbook Pro, OnSong, or any of their subsidiaries or affiliates. All product and company names, logos, and brands are trademarks™ or registered® trademarks of their respective holders. Their use does not imply any affiliation with or endorsement by them.

Payments & Purchases

StageAtlas Pro currently offers:

• A one-time paid upgrade for premium access

Premium purchases provide:

• Unlimited song imports
• Unlimited setlists
• Unlimited performers
• Access to premium features

Payments are processed securely through official app marketplaces and payment providers.

Unless required by law or platform policies:

• Purchases are non-refundable
• Pricing may change in the future
• Promotional pricing may be temporary

Data & Backups

Users are responsible for maintaining backups of their data.

While StageAtlas Pro may provide export and restore functionality, we cannot guarantee protection against:

• Accidental deletion
• Device failure
• Corrupted backups
• Third-party storage issues

Users are encouraged to regularly export and backup important data.

Offline Usage

Many StageAtlas Pro features work offline.

However, some features may require internet access, including:

• Updates
